CREDARA™ Verification Policy
How CREDARA™ Handles Verification, Proof & Outcomes
This Verification Policy explains how CREDARA™ approaches the review, organization, and scoring of professional proof — including credentials, outcomes, and supporting documentation — as part of the Proof Stack™ and related verification services.
It is designed to be clear and practical. It does not replace legal, regulatory, or licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for your own professional compliance at all times.
1. What “Verification” Means at CREDARA™
At CREDARA™, “verification” refers to a structured review of the evidence you provide about your professional background and outcomes. Our goal is to organize that proof into a Proof Stack™ and, where applicable, a Verification Score™ or comparable qualitative rating.
Verification is interpretive and evidence-based. It is not a governmental, regulatory, or licensing action, and it does not replace any license, registration, or credential required by law.
2. What We Review as Part of Verification
Depending on the level of verification you request, we may review some or all of the following:
- Professional licenses, certifications, and registrations.
- Academic degrees and transcripts or official confirmations.
- Employment history, roles, and responsibilities.
- Case studies, outcome reports, or program evaluation summaries.
- Testimonials, referrals, or third-party references.
- Published work, presentations, or educational content.
- Any additional supporting documentation you choose to provide.
We may ask for clarifications or additional documents if something is incomplete, inconsistent, or difficult to verify based on what you’ve shared.
3. How Your Evidence Is Used
The information you submit for verification is used to:
- Create or update your Proof Stack™ snapshot.
- Assign a Verification Score™ or similar qualitative rating, where applicable.
- Prepare briefing notes or summaries for internal CREDARA™ experts.
- Support inclusion in any current or future CREDARA™ directories or showcases you explicitly opt in to.
We do not sell your verification documentation. We may, however, reference your verified status or selected anonymized insights in our educational content, while protecting your identifiable details unless you have given explicit permission.
4. Important Limits of Verification
CREDARA™ verification is designed to be helpful and rigorous, but it has clear limits:
- It is based on the information and documents you provide at the time of review.
- It does not constitute legal, financial, clinical, or regulatory advice.
- It does not replace licensing board decisions, academic institutions, or regulators.
- It is not a guarantee of future performance or outcomes with any client or institution.
- It may change over time if new information becomes available or standards are updated.
Any decisions you or others make based on a CREDARA™ verification remain your responsibility.
5. Your Responsibilities as an Applicant
By submitting materials for verification, you confirm that:
- The information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and fairly presented.
- You have the right to share any case studies or outcome data, in accordance with privacy and confidentiality laws in your jurisdiction.
- You will promptly update CREDARA™ if your licensure, credentials, or material facts change.
- You will continue to meet all regulatory and ethical requirements in your field.
If we become aware of significant discrepancies or concerns, we may request clarification, pause your verification, or, in certain cases, withdraw or revise a prior rating.
6. Re-Verification, Renewal & Changes
Verification reflects a point-in-time assessment. Over time, we may:
- Invite or require re-verification after a defined period or when standards change.
- Offer voluntary updates if you add new credentials, programs, or significant outcomes.
- Adjust your Proof Stack™ or any displayed rating to reflect new information.
Any re-verification or renewal process will be communicated clearly, including any associated fees or documentation requirements.
7. How This Relates to Privacy & Data Protection
Verification involves sensitive professional and, in some cases, personal information. In addition to this Verification Policy, your information is handled under the CREDARA™ Privacy Policy .
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, protect, and retain your data, and what rights you may have regarding that information.
